We had a great experience at Walker Acura while purchasing our new car. Mike Faucheaux was our salesman and we couldn't be happier with him. He was professional, respectful, and let the car sell itself. He worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted.
Nice change from the last few visits. Nice, new knowledge staff. (John) Only negative is the waiting area was filthy. Not a great impression for potential new or current customers.
I recently brought my vehicle to Walker Acura for some service work and I had the pleasure of working directly with Scott in the service department. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He walked me through every step of the way so that I would not feel uncertain of what was being done to my vehicle. He assured me that all issues would be fixed in a short amount of time and they were!! My vehicle runs like new again! I purchased my vehicle here a few years ago and I keep coming back. I highly recommend Scott and Walker Acura to anyone looking for a great vehilce, excellent customer service and a place where you're treated like a human. We purchased an MDX a few months back from Wanda. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She took care of everything we needed. We are taking a road trip and wanted to see if we could purchase a third set of wireless headphones for the kids so she took care of us and was able to get us a third set. She went above and beyond for us. We love our new MDX!

Yesterday, I brought my car to Walker ACURA, without an appointment, for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. While there, they changed the Tecata airbag inflator and took care of something else that was recalled. The staff was polite, friendly, and efficient. I waited in comfort while catching up on Facebook activity and enjoying freshly made coffee and some munchies they provided. They took care of everything I brought it in for, as well as the recall items, and washed my car before returning it to me. My radio was on the same station as when I arrived. I was very pleased with both the work and the customer relations at Walker ACURA.
I’ve been a fan of Acura since 2004. I’m always satisfied with the car service and mainly the customer services. Don is my rep this time - he was very helpful and honest with me which I really appreciate his advice! Acura team members always makes me feel like I’m a part of their family and I feel so welcome when I visit the dealership in Kenner, La! Will never leave Acura
